Pls can anyone tell me that Book closure is compulsary while declaring the interim dividend of the unlisted Public Company.If yes what is the provision in company law or that.
Can we declare the dividend without closing books in case of Unlisted Public Companies.

Yes. Unlisted Public Companies can declare dividend without closing books.
