14 April 2010 In case of Internal Audit, if the internal audit is not completed due to some dispute with the client although the fees has been paid by the client then what are the options available with the client against the CA and what should a CA do to safeguard himself

14 April 2010 Ideally the CA should refund back the fees after deducting for the expenses incurred by him.

The Company should demand for refund ofthe fees. If the CA refuses to refund back, the company can write to ICAI.

As regards, the CA, I don't feel he has to worry.
