28 April 2011 daer sir,
I sell dated 15-3-11 a house witch is in the name of HUF & get long term capital gain of Rs. 30 lacse.
1. I bye onther unconstucted flat for Rs.25 lacs in the name of HUF dated 5-4-11 for this I pay till date only 25 lacs.
now I want to disolve HUF Dated 25-4-11 & this flat goes to the one of HUF member,can it is possible? & for this member who get that flat pay any tax?
