Please let me know
Do we need to take declaration from foreign directors as they are director in only one company India & others in their home country?

25 July 2014 Yes. Inference is from section 2(11) r.a.w section 184(1) of the Companies Act,2013.

do We should mention their overseas directorship or interest also?

26 July 2014 Section 184 is about disclosure of director’s interest in specified entities and it does not differentiate about Indian and foreign entities. So as per my opinion if foreign director is having interest in foreign entities, he should disclose that interest through his form MBP.1
