Directors remunerations

In pvt. Ltd company can we give the monthly renuneration to all the directors. If yes what its criteria?

Schedule V is partly applicable to pvt. Companies which deal with No & inadequate profit. Assume if we have given monthly remuneration to all the directors . If at the end of the FY we came to know that company has made inadequate profit then in such scenario remuneration may be paid excees to the directors as defined in schedule v
