companys' director has incurred his personal exp paid by company account. plz tell me should i adjust this exp in his remuneration or not....

28 September 2015 Personal expenses are not allowed.. yes either treat them as advance of remuneration...

or say him to pay himself.....! also check in the books that does director entitle for such or not as per company rules
