Plz tell me whether Director remuneration will b e paid as consolidated amount or with break up as basic pay, HRA, DA etc

According to me if director is paid as seating fees than it can be paid as consolidated but in other case it should be paid in break up.

can be paid in either way depending upon agreement between director and company
