Could you please tell me the provision regarding the ceiling limit of director remuneration in case of pvt. ltd company having paid up capital of 1 lac

Section 197 of the Companies Act, 2013 which deals with remuneration payable to managerial Personnel is applicable to public companies only.

is it right to withdraw the maximum profit as a director salary to ignore the Dividend distribution tax in future ?
