A company was formed in 2006 with two Director whose DIN no.is Provisonal.
One of them nighter pay the DIN application Fees nor send the DIN1 to the appropriate authority.
then The Provisional DIN has been lpsed.
also the Company has not filled any document after incorporation till now.
Signatory Details is also not shown in MCA21 portel.
Please tell me What I do?

18 May 2010 Obtain the DIN for the directors and intimate to the ROC in the prescribed forms.

Get the DSC registered.

File all the necessary annual compliance forms with the ROC with late fees.
