What is the procedure(forms to be filed) for director appointment under companies act 2013.

1. Obtain consent to act as director from the proposed director in Form DIR-2.
2. Obtain intimation in Form DIR-8 from the proposed director that he/she is not disqualified u/s 164(2)of the Companies Act, 2013
3.Obtain disclosure of interest in form MBP-1
4. File form DIR-12 with ROC as return of appointment within 30 days from the date of passing resolution.
5. Pass a Board resolution to take a note of disclosure of interest received in MBP-1 and file the copy of that board resolution in MGT.14 within 30 days of passing Board resolution of noting.
