06 August 2014 What is the procedure(forms to be filed) for director appointment under companies act 2013.

07 August 2014 1. Obtain consent to act as director from the proposed director in Form DIR-2.

2. Obtain intimation in Form DIR-8 from the proposed director that he/she is not disqualified u/s 164(2)of the Companies Act, 2013

3.Obtain disclosure of interest in form MBP-1

4. File form DIR-12 with ROC as return of appointment within 30 days from the date of passing resolution.

5. Pass a Board resolution to take a note of disclosure of interest received in MBP-1 and file the copy of that board resolution in MGT.14 within 30 days of passing Board resolution of noting.
