Notification number 41/2010 says TDS deducted is to be deposited by 30th of april where the income or amount is credited or paid in the month of march and in any other case by 7th from the end of the month in which deduction is made.
Also in section 40(a)(i) it is said that TDS in case of Non residents is to be deposited as provided in section 200.
my question is what is the time prescribed under section 200?? and does Notification number 41/2010 prescribes the time for section 200??
