16 December 2014 I started my articleship on 13th jan 2014 as direct entry student and my tenure mentioned and actual was till 13th oct 2014. I gave november both the groups and need to continue my articleship with a new principal. So my 9 months will be counted in my 3 years of articleship? And do have to fill new form or have to take transfer? As two months i wasnt registered and working does it affect anything ? And is it like in these 3 years i have to clear ipcc both groups with my articleship? Thank you in advance.

17 December 2014 Take transfer before 13/01/2015. i.e. in the first year of your articleship.

17 December 2014 yes otherwise in once 13.1.2015 date passes and doesnt take transfer then u will be in trouble for taking transfer in 2nd and subsequent year

17 December 2014 But as the tenure was 9 months so am not registered anywhere logically so it going to be transfer?

17 December 2014 rules are same whether ur from direct entry or otherwise ...logically speaking

17 December 2014 yes, it CAN fall under transfer provided you handle the situation DELICATELY.

(Handle the situation delicately.....coming a STEP backward might end in winning the LARGER goal)

17 December 2014 for taking transfer u need to file form 109 to icai and retain a duplicate copy for urself and if your new ca ask for copy u may give him also.
