11 June 2019 IN CASE OF RESIGNATION OF TWO DIRECTORS IN BOARD MEETING ,FIRST DIR 12 IS TO BE FILLED THAN DIR 11 TO BE FILLED TO ROC ?

11 June 2019 Director has to file DIR -11 to ROC.

Then Company has to file DIR-12 to ROC.

Ps :- But DIR-11 filing is not compulsory as per notification dated 07.05.2018.
