I am a partner of partnership firm have digital signature for DGFT purpose, can we use this digital signature for Income Tax Filling?

Income tax filing requires a new PAN based DSC (DSC's with encrypted value of PAN)

Yes you can use the same signature for the purpose of income tax.
Only you need to get your digital signature approved and updated on Incometax india site.
Kinly follow following steps for the same:
1. go to incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in
2. login the account
3. go to my account section
4. Select the update digital certificate option and upload it.
