09 September 2016 WHAT ROLL WILL BE PLAYED BY A TAX CONSULTANT AND A COMPANY SECRETARY IN GST.DO CS HAVE ANY SPECIAL PREVELAGE THAN A TAX CONSULATNT, LIKE CA AND CMA CAN DO AUDIT.

15 September 2016 CS or ICWA or CA can condust the GST audit.
A tax consultant may NOT be able to do the audit.

15 September 2016 But did cs get the audit right in gst??Audit can be conducted by ca /cma not cs.I am not confirmed whether cs get the right of audit in gst.

15 September 2016 My dear, nothing in this world is FINAL........as of now, this is the position. Change is law of nature.....
For your kind information.....Atal Bihari Vajpeyi conceived this idea of GST...Do you know that? It took so many years for our elected MPs and MLAs to bring it to this level......it is still in incubation stage.....
What i can say is AS OF NOW....CS and/or ICWA and /or CA can do GST audit.
