what is the rate of charging Depreciation on car which is purchase in 2009. before march 2009 . what's about new tds returns

Deprecaition rate is 15%
For TDS return u may refer circular 2/2009

15% is for the year and if car is purchased in march, u shall claim depreciation for half year
