Hi, I would like to ask one question, that if a student who is going under articleship under CA and also possesses the degree of an ADVOCATE,(i.e. the student possesses the degree of an advocate), so CAN HE practice as an ADVOCATE along with article ship under CA if he likes so?? Please let me know..?? -

An Indian exporter send his merchandice to a foreign importer.For having dealt this trade an Indian company gets the commission from the foreign importer by means of credit to indian bank account from the foreign importers'foreign account as and when the consignments are shipped. 1)Does this commission come under service tax? 2)Do you think FEMA stepps in here.If so which authority the agent has to register himself with.
