23 May 2009 No, there is no exception for section 44AB.However, there are certain items which are to be included or excluded while calculating the tuunover of 40 Lacs or 10 Lacs as the case may be. For thet purpose you may refer the Guidance Note on Tax Audit U/s 44AB issued by ICAI
