For A.Y.2008-09 C.S.T. rates is 3% whether it is changes in A.Y.2009-10

No Dear, at present CST rate is 2%, and as per promise of the government it will reduce to 1% this year. But, I came to know that Government has changed its intention to reduce it to 1% now.
