PLEASE ADVISE ME ON WHAT IS THE RATE OF DEPRECIATION ON DUMPERS USED IN CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES OF GOLF COURCE. WHETHER IT IS 30 % OR 15 % .PL ADVICE WITH SOME FACTUAL DATA SO THAT I CAN STRONGLY PRESENT MY CASE

dumpers are not road transport vehicles,hence its a machinery therefore depreciation shall be charged @ 15%

"Dumper" comes within expression "earthmoving machinery" and that the assessee is entitled to get 30% depreciation.
