Dear expert.
in private limited company. can someone let me know the depreciation on machinery.whether it will be SLM or not. kindly tell me in details along with accounting entry.....

The company is at liberty to choose SLM or WDV but has to disclose it in the accounting policy.

under co act 2013 there is no such concept of wdv or slm refer sec 123 with sch II to companies act 13
