Deposit of tds under wrong section

By mistake, tds is deposited under Section 194I instead of Section 194A. What is time-limit for rectification of same through assessing officer.
Tds was deposited through net banking. As due date for return filling is 15/01/13, can the return can be filed using section 194A.
Later on, I will get the challan rectified through assessing officer.

You can correct it within 7 days through your Bank.
