25 February 2014 thanks for help but i want to know, what is section of tax , challan and due date of deposit and prossesure .

25 February 2014 You may pay the amount in the section which has major portion in the TDS deduction of the respective quarter. But, pay the Interest under minor head 400 and file a appropriate ETDS correction statement for the respective quarter incorporating the Interest paid challan.

26 February 2014 Thanks for your help, but i want to learn a another view that is what is the term & condition for allow 50% depreciation on new commercial vehicle
