Dear All,
i am marketing contractor in company .
i want to file a income tax return for a.y -2010-11 but i have no taxble income
i am filing for tds refund which was deduct my employer .
when i have used income tax form for filing their are some section appear
1.11 u/s-139(1)
2.12 u/s -139(4)
3.13 u/s -142(1)
4.15 u/s -148
5.15 u/s -153a
which section i am selected for delay income tax return filing
