which are the mandatory attachment required for filling CHG-8

According to Section 87 of Companies Act , Form CHG 8 is filed with CG for condition of delay.
Form CHG 8 is physical form and it has to be filled in attachment
First of all File form GNL 2
Attachments under GNL 2:
Copy of RD petition, copy of Affidavit, copy of Memorandum of appearance , copy of challan of form CHG 4
After approval of Form GNL2, Company has to file Form RD 2
Main attachments under RD 2 are as follows:
copy of challan of Form GNL 2, copy of challan of form CHG 4, Copy of Affidavit, Copy of memorandum of appearance
And after receiving the copy of order from Central Government, Company shall file form INC 28, within 30 days of receipt of copy of order of Central Government
