04 June 2013 A person is a physically handicapped person as per it act, for the last 3 years his father has been claiming deduction u/s 80dd of Rs 50000 but this year the handicapped person has earned income of Rs 75000 through tuitions. Now can his father claim deduction u/s 80dd
