dear expert form 16 show deduction us 80c is 8340 but his actual insurance pre during financial year is 22075. so, can he claim the same and show deduction sec 80c 22075? advice me please. thanks.......

dept will accept only data and figure as per form 16 so its better to ask ur employer to make correction in form 16 and ask him to issue new correct form 16.
