I want to know if a person deposited two installment in the year of rs. 50000 each in cash for one children fees for engineering . so how much amount he can avail for deduction u/s 80 c.
will he show both the payment copy or single ?

Yes can be claimed. But overall limit u/s 80C is Rs 1 lac.
