Dear sir,
I want to know that A Director can claim Transport Allowance from all those company in which he is a director.
Is he can enjoy the benefit of the same under section 10 (14) of the I.T Act, 1961?

A Director employee also covered for claiming exemption for allowance u/s.10(14),so obviously he can claim the transport allowance exemption Rs.800 p.m

and continuing that in case director is handicapped exemption would be Rs 1600 pm.
