1.For contribution of insurance premium / PPF / and tution fees for its members U/S 80C

2.Contributin for medical insurance for its members U/S 80D

3.Eligible Donation to Goushala U/S 80G

23 September 2013 Mr. Kaushik as per Google HUF is not Elegible for the claim of tution fess U/S 80C. And sir you are saying that HUF is eligible for the claim? which one is right? plz tell

you are right. Mistyped on that. Please refer to Section 80C(4) for the persons covered under 80C(2).
