Please inform me about the maximum period for which redeemable debentures can be issued. There should be some restriction right? I went through Companies Act and FEMA but couldn't find any precise answer !

25 May 2010 To the best of my knowledge, there is not such restriction. But ideally, the max period should not be more than 10 years.
