How are you? Happy Diwali. I am Sanjay, working in a pvt ltd co. I want a advise on one point. The point is - if the company has been allotted by the Unitech Ltd a property,made a booking amount in the m/o Aug 10. The final payment by the Company has been made in June 2011. In this case what will be the acquisition date for the company which has purchased?
I think it is June 11. Kindly advise if I am right or wrong.

Date of aquisition will be date of possesstion of property....whether paid later. if in above case Possesstion aquired in aug 2010 then treat it date of cost of aquisition.
