Dear sir, Audit report date extended ya return filling date and audit report date extended..i m confused in cbdt notification..cbdt notification explain only audit report date extended...

Only Tax Audit Report date has been extended. Income Tax Return filing due date remains same.

As expected date of filing of Income Tax Return for Tax Audit cases extended till 30.11.2014. See CBDT notification from below link--
