How CVD Is Calculated On Import& What Is The Rate Of CVD?

on 100 Rs value of import first basic customs duty is charged. on the 107.5 ( assuming BCD = 7.5%)
CVD rate = excise duty on similar product ( various rates with a mean rate of 8% presently earlier 14%]
