Following are issues for SEZ units at Noida:

Spares parts for foreign going vessel are imported from outside india and sale are made to Foreign vessel.
Sale consideration is receivable in foreign currenchy.

Pl guide me whether Custom duty be charged on sale of Spare parts or not to Foreign vessels.
