11 September 2015 we are in delhi we buy products from manufactures and then sale them on our website the products that we will going to sale is cushion cover , bed covers etc . and we would selling it all over india

11 September 2015 See. If you buy, store and sell, you will be liable to STATE VAT where you sell. If you store and sell to person outside your state, you will be liable to Central Sales Tax. however if you do transit sale ie without storing, you transfer goods from buyer to seller, then CST is not liable. CST is around 2 % and for VAT i need to know what is the nature of product and the state you are in. Approximately u may be liable for 14 VAT. if you are doing interior design services, you have to pay service tax at 14%

11 September 2015 since u will be selling all over india, the rate will be 2% CST only.
