currently the CST rate is 2% against C form
if it is with out C form then it is local rate of tax

cst rates for the F Y 2005-06 is 4%
2006-07 is 4%
2007-08 is 3%
2008-09 is 2%
2009-10 is 2%

for notifiation refer finance act 2007-08
