06 December 2012 I got exemption in module 1 paper 2.
then what should be my passing criteria?

from some1 i heard that 50% aggregate is not applied to student who claim exemption so only 40% in each paper is applicable? is this correct?

No, If you claiming exemption in one subject then out of 3 papers of 100 marks each in next attempt you will only give 2 papers and in this group you should achieve 50% agree grate but a minimum 40% in each subject to qualify this module/group.
