Hello Dear Experts
I want to know that in company law (CS exe. stage) case law name learning is required or not. it is fine that if i can only understand and learn what was decieded in a particular case or go through only important case law names.
but it seems to me a problem as in scanner practical questions which were asked sometimes they demand reference to case law name. so, if i had learned what was happened in that case i can write as (IT WAS DECIEDED IN A VERY IMP CASE) and then continue my Ans or not.

Dear Simranjeet,
In my view you should not write your answer in the manner suggested by you. You either write the case law or dont.
You just need to remember the important case laws. I suggest you to make your own note of case law. Name of Case Law, Section & topic, decision. And believe me it is not all that difficult. Just go through that note once in a day. And see you will remember all of them. Try this.

In CS especially in some acts like consumer protection act or in MRTP act case law name is must. Koi nahi likhta to na likha ---number will cut.
So i would suggest u to prepare yourself mentally to learn case laws. Discuss them with your friends to remember them.
