iI m a cs student. can iI give cs executive exam held in june 2013 if iI will not submit response sheet. what consequencie iI will face if iI will not submit.

Yes, if response sheet is not accepted till 25th March, 2013 for appearing in June, 2013 attempt, then your registration can be canceled by Institute.
