CRITERIA FOR CS CERTIFICATION IN FORM MGT-7

Listed Companies and Other Companies having Paid up capital 10 Cr or More or
having turnover 50 Cr or more.

But a company having turnover of 6 crore is required to get its form MGT-7 certified by CS.
