credit of VAT on AMC charges

Sir I regularly take credit of VAT on purchase. I paid AMC charges Rs. 12,000/- (including Rs. 889 VAT @ 8 %). Can I take credit of VAT on AMC charges .

IF AMC charges is realted directly / indirectly to manfacturing of oUTPUT, YOU CAN TAKE CREDIT OF IT.
