14 April 2015 But sir Some person ask this is journal entry , you can not issue credit note of freight. The credit note will be issue only for Rate Difference & Goods Return.

14 April 2015 we are getting debit notes of frights usually..

why u wanaa issue credit note for fright ??

14 April 2015 Actually Sir, Our Freight Terms with party is FOR , But we send the goods to party on TO PAY Basis. The Freight will be paid by party. so we issue the credit note to party against freight.
