I had completed my graduation with 71%. Now as per notification issued on 23 feb i am eligible for direct admission for ipcc. plz suggest -should i go for ipcc coaching or wait till this rule is implemented.

The scheme has NOT been implemented by ICAI. It is better to register for CPT and clear the exam.
