21 October 2013 sir i was filling my CPT examination form and by fault i havnt entered previous exam details of CPT exam!!! So what should I do now as last date of submitting d form is 28 october???

22 October 2013 No,problem it shall effect the ICAI asks just for information regarding the previous attempt only it not have any importance or bases to other details.

While filling up of examination form the following details are important

1) Exam applied
2) Medium of exam
3) Center of examination opted

So other details are may not important.

So you didn't have any problem, submit you examination form. Anyway for clarification contact examination department help line numbers
