Please let me know whether CPE hours are compulsory even though members not holding certificate of practice and even not in employment please let me know and how much hours required to do for such member please

I think it hapens in rare chances but on bare reading of guidelines it is not.

In my opinion if a member is not holding COP he can be considered as members in industry eventhough he is not employed any where.
So CPE hours required for members in industry will be applicable in your case as well.i.e.45 hours in block period of 3 years statrting from 2007.
Please let me know if i am wrong.
