26 September 2015 Hello,

Can i send shipment to Dubai in courier mode.
He is paying us in foreign exchange.
value would be approximate Rs.50000/-

what will be the proof of export for us.

Please let me know the process.

26 September 2015 The courier receipt itself will act as the proof.
The remmitance received is another proof.
Ask your customer to give you the P.O (Purchase Order). That will be yet another proof.

26 September 2015 I need to submit any docs to bank in courier mode shipments.

like,
When we send shipment through air in cargo mode their are shipping bill issued by the custom,
so we submit the Gr1 form along exchange control copy with received payment proof.

27 September 2015 No any document except the declaration to that effect to be given to courier company.

I have heard that value more than 25000/- of invoice.
Is not allowed by courier company.

21 October 2015 no such requirement. He will get a declaration from you, that's all.

21 October 2015 In future Bank can ask for foreign remittance prof as I dont have any legal which documents will be legal for me ?

22 October 2015 I think you are getting scared with your own imaginations. Why bank will ask you for your remittance. Banks get a declaration form filled by you and make the remittance. Please tell me what is your WORRY?
