The Company was incorporated in November, 2000.
The CIN no. on the Incorporation Certificate and the CIN displaying on the MCA site are different.
Please Clarify why there is difference between the two CIN.

Check, on COI what is mentioned it is 21 digit CIN or any short form there of. I think on your COI only last 6 digit will be mentioned in 2000 COI certificate.
If, their is any difference then you can correct your CIN by submitting Certified copy of COI with MCA.

The First 6 digits are different between the two CIN.
Is it because at the time of incorporation there was physical filing of forms.
Do we have to file any form to correct the CIN on Cerificate of Incorporation??

You will take the printout of master data along with Board Resolution for authorisation to change the master date affidavit on Rs. 10 stamp paper with your copy of COI. All this document will be physically submitted with concerned ROC.
