WHETHER POWER OF GIVING CORPORATE GUARANTEE IN PVT. LTD. CO. VESTED WITH BOARD OR THERE SHOULD BE POWER IN AOA ?

The power of giving corporate guarantee will be govern by company.s articles in case of private company because the provision of section 372A will not apply to private company.
