06 February 2017 I have duly filled Form 6 and attached a DD of Rs 2000 and sent it to bandra kurla mumbai office 10 days ago. But havent received the COP yet. Where should i contact for follow up?? The contact numbers mentioned on icai.org site are not reachable.

06 February 2017 If possible visit the branch itself and find out the status. It would take time to receive your Original Certificate of Practice but you need the confirmation letter which states the date of commencement of practice as per ICAI records.
